DuBois Leather did a wonderful job of restoring 2 leather chairs, 1 club chair and 1 ottoman. All of these pieces were 20 year old and the chairs had been in storage for 5 years. Jeannine and her husband were very thorough and patient in getting each item to "as new" condition. The final result was outstanding. They are true artisans. I highly recommend them.

I needed someone to refinish a leather chair that I've had for years. It had pen stains, was faded from the original green color and looked quite worn. I was nervous because I didn't want to lose that vintage look. Once I talked to Roberto and Jeannine I felt so much better. They really listened and understood what I was looking for.

My husband got a brand new car and as soon as I sat down in the passenger seat the blue pen in my back pocket made about a 2 inch line across the white seat. I called them and they were able to get me in and fix the stain that day. Very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. They also sent me home with lots of advice for upkeep and maintenance instructions.

If 6 stars were available I would give them! Not only did 3 couches and a badly stained car come out like new, theses owners truly take pride in every job they do. And from a customer service perspective, they went above and beyond regarding meeting my schedule and even helping me to get my car back home (when my husband was out of town) by driving it themselves! They worked tirelessly for two full days and were respectful of our home (including an obnoxious dog!). It is not often that you receive service of this caliber anymore. Thank you Jeannine & Roberto! Just had my leather sofa and loveseat restored by Dubois and I'm beyond thrilled with how it turned out!
I'd been annoyed at the huge hole in the top cushion of my loveseat (when you have young kids, they tend to use the furniture as jungle gym equipment). Besides the hole, the loveseat AND couch had areas where the leather was faded and worn out. I thought I'd have to buy a new set but I first decided to look into getting the furniture repaired.
I am SO GLAD I found Dubios! I reached out to them via email and Jeannine promptly scheduled a visit to check things out. She determined that only a partial restoration was needed (along with the stitching of the hole), and from there, Jeannine was able to schedule me in.
The restoration itself was done in a day and I'm happy to report my furniture looks brand new. The hole was a bit of a problem to sew (the leather kept shredding when stitched) but they eventually found a way to stabilize the material and refurbish the area.
You can tell Jeannine and her husband take great pride in their craftsmanship, and they are both dedicated to top notch customer service. I can't emphasize how pleased I am!

Roberto did beautiful restoration work on our two Pottery Barn leather recliners. He used his artistic abilities to give the leather dimension, almost a faux finish look. They look brand new - in fact my son came home from college and said "did we get new chairs?!" Thanks for the good work.

My cats urinated on a very expensive black leather belt after it had fallen on my closet floor. I think it lay on the floor a long time before I found it. It had a white area where the color had been. It smelled terrible and had become hard in that area. Dubois Leather Restoration restored the color, softened the hard area, and took away the smell. They are miracle workers. I highly recommend them.
